LABOUR CALLING FOR SEPARATE “COMMUNITY COURTS” FOR BAME OFFENDERS!

LABOUR IS CALLING FOR SEPARATE “COMMUNITY COURTS” FOR B.A.M.E. OFFENDERS!

Labour “Shadow Justice Secretary”, David Lammy” has called for the creation of “community courts” for the Black, Asian and Minority ethnic offenders to be dealt with according to special segregated procedures.  He compares his vision with the Maori tribal specific courts in New Zealand known as the “Rangatahi”.

Of course in New Zealand those courts are for dealing with the indigenous people, in effect tribal courts applying Maori laws and tribal customs in tribal reservation areas.  Calling for a reverse apartheid court system in England is a very different proposition.

David Lammy is infamous for is being an extreme spokesman of multi-culturalism.

If ever you wanted an example of how multi-culturalists aim to break up the unity of England, nothing could more clearly illustrate that aim than the Labour Shadow Justice Secretary, i.e. Labour’s equivalent of the “Lord Chancellor” would be calling for separate courts for their favoured client “communities”!

Here is the article:-

Labour calls for community courts to tackle BAME disproportionality

Labour has called for ‘community courts’ to tackle the increasingly disproportionate number of black, Asian and minority ethnic people in the criminal justice system.

David Lammy, when he was a backbencher, recommended giving communities a greater role in hearings involving first-time offenders in his government-commissioned race review. Now, as shadow justice secretary, the Tottenham MP has reiterated the need for community courts.

Lammy was speaking at an event hosted by the Centre for Justice Innovation, a legal thinktank, on the state of the youth court.

The event heard that when Lammy completed his review, 41% of the children in prison were black, Asian or minority ethnic in a country where these groups make up only 14% of the population. The prison figure is now 51%.

Lammy said: ‘We have got a lot of young people from BAME communities who have very low trust in the criminal justice system. Their perceptions of magistrates and judges is [that they are] a very long way from the communities they represent. The real issues are where are the working-class magistrates and judges? Where are the BAME magistrates and judges?

There are significant parts of the country, with significant BAME populations, where there is no BAME judge or magistrate in sight.’

The shadow Justice Secretary said a problem-solving approach was needed. ‘We need community courts, particularly for first and second-time offenders.’ He mentioned other countries that have adopted a community-based approach, such as New Zealand’s Rangatahi courts, which feature in his review.

Lammy highlighted another recommendation - to seal criminal records. Pointing out that people may have committed offending behaviour when they were young, he said it was a tragedy that ‘our system condemns young people to a life of crime because they cannot get a job or they have to declare their criminal record to every employer at every single stage of the process. I do not understand why our system is doing this.’

English Unity Day?

English Unity Day?

England needs a National Day.

One option is the traditional St George’s Day for our country’s patron saint.  It is not at an ideal time of year as there are several other bank holidays around then and also as a Christian related date it can vary if it is near Easter.

An alternative National Day is the anniversary of when England was unified.

On the 12th July 927AD King Athelstan of the Royal House of Wessex, was recognised as the first King of all England at the Council of Eamont, Cumberland. For a decade now English Democrats have arranged celebrations on the 12th July across England to mark English Unity Day and to call for an English Unity National Holiday.

For the 12th July 2020 I thought that this would be appropriate.

“This 12th July will be the one thousand and ninety third anniversary of English Unity. It was the day on which King Athelstan realised the dream of the Venerable Bede and Alfred the Great and completed the mission of the Royal House of Wessex to unite England into a single united Nation State!

“England is by far the oldest Nation State in Europe and arguably the oldest Nation State on earth.

“The 12th July is an anniversary of history and pride for all patriotic Englishmen and Englishwomen and should be celebrated with all the enthusiasm that the Americans bring to their Independence Day or the French bring to Bastille Day.”

The 2011 Census showed that England has over 32 million (32,007,983) people (or 60.4%) who have stated they have only English National Identity. A further 4.8 million (4,820,181) people (or 9.1%) stated that their National Identity is 'English and British'.

In sharp contrast with this nearly 70% being English there were only a mere 10 million (10,171,834) people (or 19.2%) who claimed to be 'British Only'. A substantial proportion of these 'British Only' appear, from cross referencing with the results of the Census' ethnicity question, to be of non English ethnicity (ie Scottish, Welsh or Irish).

The Office for National Statistics nationality statistics can be found here)>>>http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/publications/re-reference-tables.html?edition=tcm%3A77-286262. The Nationality results are at: 2011 Census: KS202EW National identity, local authorities in England and Wales.

Demand for English Independence is increasing in England.

Good news for English patriots and bad news for the British Political Establishment!

Good news for English patriots and bad news for the British Political Establishment!

For those interested in the future of the United Kingdom, the rising support in England for independence should be front and centre of their consideration.  As William Hague said, way back on the 9th January 2000, when he was Leader of the Conservative Party “English nationalism is the most dangerous of all forms of nationalism that can arise within the United Kingdom because England is five-sixths of the population of the UK”.

Well the good news for English patriots and the bad news for the British Political Establishment is that English nationalism is on the rise!  This is despite the fact that it is only the English Democrats that have been campaigning for English independence with our very limited resources and almost no access to the mass media.

Nevertheless we have now reached the point where, as can be seen from a recent opinion poll, by the highly respected pollsters YouGov, that 35% of the electorate (and interestingly almost half of the supporters of the Conservative Party!) support full independence for England and thus a full dissolution of the United Kingdom.

Many of the others no doubt want an English Parliament and thus relatively few want what Boris Johnson and the Conservative Party elite want, which is to maintain the current arrangements.

If there were to be a fully resourced English independence campaign, spearheaded by a fully resourced English nationalist party, then it might well be that in the 2024 General Election we could achieve what was achieved in Canada where the Globalist Liberals of the old Canadian conservative party were swept in just one election.  They went all the way from being in office straight into oblivion!  Who could deny that might not happen here in the 2024 General Election if there were sufficient resources to take on the British Establishment with equal resources?

In terms of the rapid turnaround that could occur, in the effectiveness of English nationalism with sufficient resources, it is worth noting that Labour, outside the metropolitan areas, is equally vulnerable.  So it would be possible, with sufficient resources, to change not only the political situation between the United Kingdom, but also its very existence.

In this respect it is worth bearing in mind that if the United Kingdom ceased to exist it is a fundamental principle of international law that all its treaty obligations and rights could also be disclaimed.  Even the UK’s Security Council’s seat at the UN would change hands, just as the Soviet Unions’ Security Council seat changed hands, when that Union was dissolved. It is now held by Russia alone.

There would therefore be a very significant realignment, not only in our politics, but also in world politics, sweeping away the currently entrenched Globalists of the British Political Establishment.

For those who would say that none of this could happen on the basis of 35% support, it is worth bearing in mind that in our electoral system 35% of the electorate is more than enough to have control of the House of Commons.

Tony Blair in the 2005 General Election with the votes of just 21.6% of the electorate (36% of the vote), won a landslide majority in the House of Commons which enabled him to change the constitution at will.  Also this 35% (in the opinion poll) is when there has been no well-funded campaign to bring the issues to peoples’ attention and to build electoral support.

Given the level of English National Identity already e.g. the results of the 2011 Census poll (which showed that over 60% of people in England regarded themselves as English-only and not British), it would be surprising if a well-funded campaign did not have a huge impact recruiting almost all of those English identifiers to support English independence.

All that English people get for the vast subsidies which we give every year out of our taxes for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is the “bill and the blame”!
