My Uncle Leo's funeral will take place on Thursday 19th September at 11am at St Bedes RC Church in Chadwell Heath. Leo's coffin will be at the chapel of rest at West & Coe - 620 Rainham Road South, Dagenham from the 16th September. Anyone who wishes to attend the funeral is welcome to do so. Barry and I went for a meal w...Very, very sad news. Barry and I went for a meal with him at his local pub, the 'Eva Hart' in Chadwell Heath. The occasion was English Unity Day, 12th July this year. He was in good spirits then, no suggestion of anything being wrong. I also remember him being present on that freezing cold April day in Whitehall, protesting against the annual increase of prescription charges in England.
